Michael runs a busy surgical practice with a number of key personnel.
At all times the aim of each of the staff members is to assist you with the
sometimes bewildering experience of a hospitalization with patience and
compassion.

Kylie has particular responsibility for accounts s well as general appointments
and reception. Any questions regarding the cost of your surgery can be directed
to Kylie. Our aim is to provide informed financial consent and to keep out of
pocket costs to a minimum but each individual account will vary depending
on your level of private hospital insurance.

Trish will assist patients who require surgery with their hospital bookings
and pre admission instructions.

Trish also travels to our satellite practices at Glen Waverley and Mulgrave.

Penny is Michael’s personal assistant and is responsible for coordinating his
diary. She is also available to assist patients with appointments or general enquiries.

Annie has over 20 years nursing experience and is available to take any calls regarding health issues related to your surgery. We encourage patients to call if
they have any concerns at all as many problems can be resolved over the phone
or a special appointment can be arranged if necessary.
