Annie is our practice nurse and is available to take any calls regarding health issues related to your surgery. We encourage patients to call if they have any concerns at all as many problems can be resolved over the phone or a special appointment can be arranged if necessary.
Trish and Lisa make up our reception team. Our staff’s primary aim is to ensure all our patients' needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This includes making general appointments, processing accounts, organising hospital bookings and all other general enquiries.

Our aim is to provide informed financial consent and to keep out of pocket costs to a minimum but each individual account will vary depending on your level of private hospital insurance and the complexity of your care requirements.
